Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal is one of the most discussed and controversial movies of Bollywood in the recent few years. Released in 2023, the action thriller was a blockbuster at the box office. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri. Kapoor’s film received a mixed response from the critics as well as the audience. Recently, Varun Dhawan was asked an interesting question regarding the same.
Will Varun do a movie like Animal?
Varun Dhawan is busy with the promotions of his upcoming action thriller titled Baby John. Produced by Atlee Kumar, it marks Kalees’ directorial debut. Varun will be seen in full-fledged action mode in the action film. The Badlapur actor was asked if he would sign up for a movie like Animal, which consists of excessive violence.
About the same, Varun Dhawan told GQ India, “I don’t know man.” Further in this entertainment news, the actor said that he is not someone who lets cinema influence his moral compass. But he has no idea how he would’ve reacted back then if he was offered Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. But the October star said that he would’ve given it more thought. Varun also said that Sandeep Reddy Vanga thinks differently and he’s someone the actor definitely wants to work with.
Further in this entertainment news, Varun also talked about Baby John being a massy film with a strong message for the judicial system about women’s safety. Varun also said that he is not making movies to change the world but to entertain the audience. “And in that process, if change happens, great. But that’s not the main drive. If I had to change the world, I’d become a politician,” said the actor.
