Kevin Zegers is the newest addition to the cast of The Madison, the next installment in Taylor Sheridan’s growing Yellowstone universe.
Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions, The Madison is billed as a heartfelt study of grief and human connection, following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana.
Zegers plays Cade, Stacy’s new neighbor, who’s asked to look out for the place until the family shows up. As previously announced, Oscar nominee Michelle Pfeiffer leads the cast, with Patrick J. Adams, Elle Chapman, Matthew Fox, Beau Garrett, Ben Schnetzer and Amiah Miller also set to star.
Exec producers on The Madison include Sheridan, David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Christina Voros, Michael Friedman, Pfeiffer and Keith Cox.
Acting since age six, Zegers most recently took on the male lead opposite Niecy Nash in ABC’s The Rookie: Feds, also starring opposite Katey Sagal in ABC’s Rebel. His other notable TV work includes roles in AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead, Dirty John with Connie Britton, and Starz’s Power.
Additional credits for Zegers include Transamerica opposite Felicity Huffman, for which he won the award for Best Newcomer at Cannes 2006, as well as Fifty Dead Men Walking alongside Jim Sturgess, Gracepoint (Fox), and Notorious (ABC).
