According to recent reports, Elvish Yadav has received significant relief as the Noida Police has removed the NDPS act from his name. The police accepted that it was a clerical mistake on their side. For those unaware, the NDPS Act, also known as the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, stands for a person who consolidates and amends the law relating to narcotic drugs. It’s a severe allegation, and one found guilty of it can be sentenced to up to 10 or even 20 years of imprisonment. Now that Elvish has been given a clean chit from the NDPS act, his fans are hopeful that he may soon get bail too.
