As per a report in Ormax, Kalki 2898 AD has beaten Pushpa 2: The Rule as the most awaited Telugu movie of 2024. Prabhas, Nag Ashwin, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and Amitabh Bachchan star in the fantasy thriller that is set in a dystopian world. Kalki 2898 AD is supposed to release in May 2024. Nag Ashwin said that the whole post production work of the film will be over by the end of this month. They are also cutting a final teaser, which will be a treat for all fans of Prabhas. Prabhas has one week of shoot left for Kalki 2898 AD

Prabhas has a week left to complete his part. On Mahashivratri, the makers unveiled the character of Bhairava. In the film, he will be seen in different looks. There is a rumour that he is playing a character inspired by Kalki, the avatar of Lord Vishnu. Rana Daggubati who has seen rushes of the movie has said that Kalki 2898 AD will be the event movie for India at the global stage in 2025. Even Dulquer Salmaan who has a cameo in gaga over Nag Ashwin’s vision for the movie. The movie is supposed to be creating new milestones for India. The team just shot a song in Italy where Prabhas and Disha Patani are romancing one another. The majority of the filming has happened in Hyderabad’s Ramoji Rao Studios. Anand Mahindra’s team has designed the futuristic vehicles for the mega blockbuster.
