Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is all over social media. People have been talking about the longest running show on television. Recently, Rajan Shahi and team terminated two actors from the show. They announced the termination of Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe. They shared an official statement about Shehzada Dhami mistreating the staff on the sets while Pratiksha was not good at her work. Later, reports came out that Shehzada and Pratiksha were dating and spent a lot of time together in the makeup room delaying shoots. Reports also suggested that Pratiksha blindly followed Shehzada and behaved rudely.

Soon after the termination, the makers introduced Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani as Armaan and Ruhi/Roohi. The promo of them entering the show also released and fans have been talking about the new actors. However, Shehzada and Pratiksha received a lot of backlash online for all the reports that have come out against them.
Shivam Khajuria who plays Rohit in the show had also said that Pratiksha had the potential but she was misled. He also revealed that Shehzada was indeed mistreating people on sets. After a lot of backlash for Shehzada and Pratiksha, now Paras Kalnawat has spoken for them.
Paras Kalnawat feels Shehzada and Pratiksha should speak up
Paras played the role of Samar in Anupamaa and he too was terminated from the show for signing another show on the rival TV channel. He had signed Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 back then and was immediately terminated from Anupamaa.
Paras has now opened up about how the term ‘termination’ affects the actor’s career. He spoke to Times Now, he said that it sounds derogatory when the term termination is attached to an actor and it creates a lot of issues in the future. He shared that the term also shows that one is an unprofessional actor.
He shared that Shehzada and Pratiksha have not spoken about it yet and if they are at fault they should apologise publicly to Rajan Shahi. However, Paras feels that if they are not at fault they should open up and tell their side of the story.

Paras then spoke about the time he was terminated from Anupamaa by Rajan Shahi. He shared that the actors do not have unity amongst themselves and no one stood up for him from Anupamaa when he was terminated. Paras believes no one from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will also support Shehzada or Pratiksha.
