Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: The Samridhii Shukla starrer show recently underwent a major turn of events. Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe, who used to essay the characters of Armaan and Ruhi, were replaced overnight. Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani are the new faces of the Rajan Shahi show as Armaan and Roohi. While Samridhii and Pratiksha also shared a cordial relationship off-screen, we never really witnessed any bond or fun banter between the actresses on social media. Samridhii Shukla, Garvita Sadhwani’s hilarious social media conversation is UNMISSABLE

It so happened that Garvita Sadhwani, who will portray the character of Ruhi on-screen in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai from tonight’s episode, posted the below picture. In the picture, Garvita is dressed as Ruhi. She captioned the picture as ‘Ready to meet Roohi Birla Poddar’. In the same caption, she requested everyone to show love and watch the show on TV. While the post was certainly sweet, what caught everyone’s attention was Samridhii Shukla’s reaction on the post. As Garvita addressed herself as Roohi Poddar Birla, Samridhii mentioned that she now is a Poddar (as Roohi is now married into the Poddar family), to which Garvita cheekily reacted that as Dadisa has freed her from being a wife, she now certainly has Armaan to be a Poddar. Talking about Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, while the makers have shared their reasons behind removing Shehzada and Pratiksha from the show, the duo are yet to reveal their side of the story. The makers stated in their official statement that while Shehzada was removed for being unprofessional, Pratiksha was shown the exit as she wasn’t able to perform as per the character requirements.
