Sushmita Sen is one such chosen one who bagged the trophy for Performer of The Year Award. She was nominated in the category for her phenomenal performances in series Taali and Aarya 3. Through a video, Sushmita Sen gave a shoutout to BollywoodLife and even expressed gratitude.

Flaunting her trophy, Sushmita Sen thanked the directors of the series and spoke about the opportunities that came her way. She said that Aarya in itself is a powerful series. She also spoke about transgender activist Shree Gauri Shankar who was the inspiration behind the series Taali. In the end, she thanked the audience for showering love on her and being the constant support. Sushmita Sen also shared the video on her official social media account. Apart from Sushmita Sen, Vijay Varma also won the Performer of The Year Award (male) for series Dahaad. All the stars and winners shared their gratitude for the big win.
Sushmita Sen is yet to announce her next project. She was last seen in Aarya 3: The Antim Vaar. Vijay Varma was seen in Murder Mubarak. He has a series of projects lined up.

TV stars like Pranali Rathod, Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khana, Shiv Thakare, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim and others won for in several categories. From Bollywood, Kartik Aaryan won the award for Best Actor (Popular Choice), Taapsee Pannu won the Best Actress Award, Bobby Deol won in the Best Actor Negative Role, Sandeep Reddy Vanga won the best Director for Animal. Avneet Kaur won the Best Debut Award for Tiku Weds Sheru.
