Singham Again: Boney Kapoor believes THIS film of Arjun Kapoor led Rohit Shetty to cast his son

When asked if doing Singham Again would be Arjun’s comeback to fame, success, and accolades in Bollywood, Boney Kapoor said, ‘I really hope it does. Even I have the same feeling as fans because he has very intense eyes. In fact, if you see Ek Villain Returns, he was absolutely fantastic in the film. And I am sure Rohit also must have seen Ek Villain Returns, and that’s why he approached Arjun. For those unaware, Ek Villain Returns was an action thriller film released in the year 2021. Apart from Arjun Kapoor, the movie also starred Disha Patani, Tara Sutaria, and John Abraham. Arjun played the role of Gautam Mehra. While the film bombed at the box office, Arjun grabbed attention for his work.

Talking about Singham Returns, Arjun’s ferocious look where he was seen donning a black Kurta and has blood all over his face with a big knife in his hand certainly raised many eyebrows. Apart from Arjun Kapoor and Ajay Devgn, the film stars an ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, and others.
