Time and again, she has shared her views on politics and is now going to venture into the field. In a recent interaction with a news agency, Kangana Ranaut spoke about her political campaign and how grateful she is for the opportunity. However, a comment from politician Supriya Shrinate has led to a controversy.

Congress leader Supriya Shrinate’s post comes across as derogatory and Kangana Ranaut took to her social media account to react to it strongly. The actress penned about the various roles she has played in span of 20 years of her career. She went on to add that woman deserves dignity and that ‘sex workers’ should not be used as some kind of abuse. Her tweet read, “We must free our daughters from the shackles of prejudices, we must rise above the curiosity about their body parts and above all we must refrain from using sex workers challenging lives or circumstances as some kind of abuse or slur… every woman deserves her dignity.” Kangana has been giving befitting reply to all those questioning her entry into politics.
Kangana Ranaut then received support from Smriti Irani. The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actress who herself is a politician wrote that Kangana’s entry into politics is not reflection of of who she is but many don’t know how to deal with women of steel.

Post the controversy caught attention of people, Supriya Shrinate took to her social media to give out a clarification. She said that many people have access to her social media accounts and the post was not made by her. As soon as she got to know about it, she removed the post.
