The Bade Miyan Chote Miyan teaser which was dropped weeks ago featured Prithviraj Sukumaran (just voice-over) talking about destruction. He plays the lead antagonist in the movie and seems very intent on wiping off Bharat from the globe.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan cast includes Tiger, Akshay and Prithviraj along with Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F and Ronit Bose Roy. Sonakshi Sinha is also a part of the movie. Ali Abbas Zafar is also producing the movie alongside Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Himanshu Kishan Mehra under the banners of Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films. The filming commenced in 2023. Three songs from BMCM have been released so far, that are the title track, Mast Malang Jhoom and Wallah Habibi. Vishal Mishra has composed the music while Irshad Kamil has written the lyrics. Julius Packiam has given the background score. Julius has also composed scores for films such as Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, Baaghi, Baaghi 2, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and Bharat to name a few.
