Allu Arjun starrer beats Kalki 2898 AD to become highest-grossing Indian film of 2024

Pushpa 2 beats Kalki 2898 AD

Pushpa 2: The Rule beats Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan-starrer Kalki 2898 AD. It becomes the highest-grossing Indian film of 2024. Well, Kalki 2898 AD directed by Nag Ashwin managed to collect Rs 1042 crore worldwide. Pushpa 2: The Rule is the seventh film to have grossed over Rs 1000 crore at the global box office in six days after Dangal, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, RRR, KGF Chapter 2, Jawan, Pathaan, and Kalki 2898 AD. Allu Arjun starrer collected Rs 1012.70 crore in its first week. As per the early estimates, Pushpa 2 earned Rs 35 crore on its eighth day and became the biggest Indian hit of the year. Pushpa 2: The Rule was released on December 5 and since then it has been breaking records with its numbers. It earned Rs 175 crore net in India and grossed Rs 294 crore at the box office worldwide. Pushpa 2: The Rule successfully broke the previous record held by RRR and the Hindi dubbed version beat Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan to become the biggest Hindi opener ever. Pushpa 2: The Rule will be followed by Pushpa 3: The Rampage and fans are quite excited for the same.
