The troubles seem to be not ending for Allu Arjun anytime soon. The Pushpa 2 stampede tragedy has taken a more serious turn now after his arrest. The stampede at Hyderabad’s Sandhya theatre on December 4 caused the death of a woman who arrived at the premiere with her husband and two sons. A few days ago, Arjun was arrested by the cops but was released on bail the next day. But things have still been quite intense since then.
Allu Arjun’s Police Interrogation
On Tuesday, the Hyderabad Police grilled Allu Arjun with at least 20 questions during the interrogations. The cops informed him if he was aware that he was denied permission by the police to attend the premiere. The Pushpa 2 star was also asked if any police officer informed him about the stampede situation outside the theatre. He was asked what he did after he learnt about the woman’s death during the same.
As reported by NDTV, Allu Arjun got emotional during the police interrogation. The report also mentions that he was questioned for three hours and was also shown the stampede videos that led to the death. “While watching the video, Allu Arjun reportedly turned emotional seeing the visuals of Sritej and Revathi being injured,” a source revealed.

The Pushpa 2 stampede strategy has affected not only Allu Arjun but his family. The Arya actor’s house was vandalised by some protesters during the weekend. The actor and movie’s team has come forward to provide any kind of financial help to Revathi’s family. Her 9-year-old son is still hospitalised since the incident. A lot of Tollywood stars showed their support to Arjun after his arrest. Last week, director Sukumar also visited the boy at the hospital and decided to provide financial aid.
