In the original series, Sreemoyee and the Marathi remake, Aai Kuthe Kay Karte, we see the husbands of the leads die. Hence, it was being reported that even Anupamaa will follow these shows and Anuj Kapadia will die leaving Anupamaa and Aadhya alone. Is Gaurav Khanna aka Anuj quitting Anupamaa?

It was also being reported that Anuj Kapadia will die in a car accident leaving his Anu and Aadhya all alone. However, as per a source in the Free Press Journal, nothing like that will happen. Gaurav is not quitting the show and the character of Anuj will not go anywhere leaving Anu.

The source shared that Anuj will continue to be an integral part of the show and the rumors are entirely fabricated, as Gaurav is not leaving. Well, here’s a big news and a happy news for all Anu and Anuj fans.

This means Anupamaa will not follow Sremoyee and Aai Kuthe Kay Karte. We might get to see some major changes in the story of Anupamaa and the other two shows. The Rupali Ganguly starrer has always been a bit different from the original and Aai Kuthe Kay Karte.
