How is the show different from other TV serials given that it is a love triangle?
The show is very different if you have observed. The emphasis is not just on the love triangle but it is on giving across a strong message to people. I feel when there is a motive to some show then it becomes an exciting project to be a part of.
Were you skeptical about taking up this role as it seems to have a strong message to share?
Not skeptical at all. I did not give it that kind of a thought to think about any negative related to the show. Content is what matters and that is the major driving force for me.
After Kundali Bhagya, your stints on TV shows have been short and sweet. How easy or difficult it gets to slip into a new character in a short time?
It is not an easy job to get in and out of a character. But I love my job and I can’t imagine myself doing any other thing other than acting. That’s why I enjoy the process.
Do you miss being Karan Luthra?
At the moment, I can say that I love Subhaan. This character has got a lot of layers to it and I really love being Subhaan. Karan, on the other hand, I will always miss.
