Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa has been the talk of the town. A lot of negative stories have been doing rounds on the internet. The show took a leap and the TRPs of the show went down. Many actors like Sudhanshu Pandey, Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Nidhi Shah and others quit the show which also affected the TRPs. New actors have entered the show. Shivam Khajuria and Alisha Parveen entered as the lead couple. They played Prem and Rahi in the show. However, we saw Alisha was replaced recently. The decision was taken overnight and she was just told about it. Alisha expressed her disappointment about this and said that one should not do this.
She said that she was not given any reason earlier but later Rajan Shahi told her performance was the reason. Before this, there have been many rumours about Rupali Ganguly being the reason behind so many actors leaving Anupamaa. Nidhi Shah, Paras Kalnawat have indirectly said that they left because of Rupali and that their scenes used to be cut because of her.
Rupali opens about allegations of getting actors replaced
When Alisha was removed, many posts on social media said that Rupali must be the reason. Alisha said that she has no idea but has heard of these rumours and Rupali may or may not be the reason behind her ouster. Now, Rupali has reacted to all these accusations.
She spoke to ABP news and said that one should Rajan Shahi and the channel how much Rupali interferes in the decision making matters. She also spoke about her cutting the scenes of the actors. She said that she does not change a single line in the script.
She has nothing to do with the decisions taken. She added that everything is done as per the makers only and she does not have any say in it. After Alisha left, Adrija Roy has been cast as the new Rahi.
