Kartik Aaryan buys new properties

Recently, there were reports that Kartik Aaryan has charged a whopping amount of Rs 50 crore for his movie with Karan Johar. Amidst this speculation, a news report states that the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actor has bought two luxurious properties in Mumbai. A source told Midday that producer Anand Pandit has been helping the actor find new properties in Andheri for over a week. They have been looking for two properties: a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space. The source stated that both of these properties are over 2,000 square feet and two of them are already on rent. Further in this entertainment news, the Freddy star is also investing in properties since June 2023 that are placed in Juhu. These properties cost approximately Rs 1.75 crore each. The source added, “In 2019, Kartik had bought an apartment in Versova, where he had lived as a paying guest during his struggling days. He also bought a 2,000-square-foot office space at Veera Desai, where Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Kajol also own offices. That has also been rented out.”

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan was seen in two movies this year: Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The latter was recently released on Netflix and has received a mixed response. Along with TMMTMTTM, Kartik also has Aashiqui 3 and Pati Patni Aur Woh 2.
