Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been in the news. He has landed in trouble since a long time. The YouTuber had to go through a lot after he was arrested on March 17 in the snake venom case. He was sent to 14 days of judicial custody post that under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972. Now, the latest reports state that the NDPS act (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985) was also imposed on him. But now, the NDPS Act has been removed against Elvish. The reports of him using snake venom for illegal rave parties came out a few months back. BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO had filed an FIR against him and his associates. When the police had raided a rave party, they found nine snakes and also found 20 ml of snake venom used in the party. NDPS charges removed against Elvish Yadav

Elvish was then facing the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985) charges. The latest reports say that the charges have been removed. The shocking thing is that the police have said that the NDPS act was imposed mistakenly on Elvish. They said it was a clerical mistake. It is a huge thing and people booked under the NDPS charges do not get free so easily.

The bail hearing of Elvish was supposed to happen on March 20 but it has been postponed due to lawyer’s strike. Elvish’s parents have been speaking about their son and they have said that he is innocent. His father Ram Avtar Yadav and mother Sushma Yadav said that their son has been framed in the case due to his popularity.

A lot has been said about Elvish’s earnings ever since he was arrested. His parents gave a clarification about the Mercedes and Porsche cars that Elvish showed in his videos. They said that Elvish used to get these cars on rent for his videos.
