Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai serial: Rajan Shahi’s show, currently starring Samridhii Shukla, Rohit Purohit, and Garvita Sadhwani, has been running successfully on television for the past 13 years. The show has highlighted the story of four generations. As the show progressed, many actors left and new actors entered. However, there are some actors who have remained in the show for a long time. Niyati Joshi, who plays the role of Swarna, has been in YRKKH since the second generation. She is also an integral part of the fourth generation. Recently, the actress got nostalgic about two of her favourite co-stars, Pranali Rathod and Mohsin Khan.

Niyati Joshi recalls good times with Pranali Rathod, Mohsin Khan
In an interview with Telly Masala, Niyati Joshi recalled working with Mohsin Khan and Pranali Rathod. The actress shared that she remembered when she entered the Rajan Shahi show as Kartik (Mohsin Khan)’s mother, Mohsin was surprised by her. He stated that she looked so young and questioned how she could portray the role of his mother. Niyati also recalled that Mohsin initially refused to address her as a mother. The actress also mentioned that on Mohsin’s last day of shoot, she was in tears. It was Rajan Shahi who consoled her and helped her understand that such things are part and parcel of a show’s journey.
In the same interview, she also referred to Pranali Rathod as her younger sister. Niyati stated that till now she shares a very good bond with Pranali. The actress stated that Pranali is like a younger sister to her, and they are still in touch. Niyati also mentioned that it does become difficult when actors leave the show, as you create a memorable bond with them, and sometimes when you have to continue shooting for the same show without them, it bothers you.
