As a Clinical Engagement Specialist, you will be involved in:

  • Quality Control:

  • Assessing the quality of all trial data (e.g., subject scans, test object scans) to ensure trial imaging standards and biomarker requirements are met. Follow up with site personnel to obtain necessary data (e.g., reconstructed imaging data, missing data transmittal information) to meet quality control standards.
  • Manage and update the Quality Control process for trial data (e.g., subject scans, test object scans)
  • Preparing and assigning trial scans to contracted radiologist team for radiology reads (e.g., mucus scoring)
  • Support trials by approving Site Information Forms (SIFs) and determining appropriate scanning protocols
  • Training

  • Support VIDA’s commercial/clinical trials business by providing product demos, trainings, and presentations.
  • Educate various end-users (e.g., pulmonologists, radiologists, technicians) on VIDA’s analytics applications, protocols and provide clinical support.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify key areas for product improvements.
  • Develop internal and external facing materials/programs to support clinical engagement such as: training manuals, training presentations, eLearning modules, case studies and other clinically focused education materials.
  • Leverage your training expertise to measure and capture customer satisfaction through surveys and interactions with end users.
  • VIDA Product(s) and Services Support

  • Lead and coordinate efforts for the “Go-Live” of VIDA applications and products.
  • Lead and coordinate implementation of newly contracted projects (e.g. clinical trials, academic trials, etc)
  • Maintain and update clinical tools as needed; be proactive in keeping abreast of current medical knowledge and technology related to VIDA solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years working in clinical applications, clinical research or in a clinical setting
  • 2+ years of experience designing and coordinating training programs and delivering training presentations
  • Use of Technology – comfortable with software solutions, adapts to new technologies; troubleshoots technological problems; uses technology to increase productivity; keeps technical skills up to date
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (including air travel) up to 25% of the time. Travel will vary depending on circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Customer Relationship Management tool (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with a variety of clients with different expertise (i.e., physicians, imaging technicians, research coordinators)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking, presentation, and training skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in radiology [specifically Computing Tomography (CT) imaging], Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and/or pulmonary medicine
  • Understanding of CT imaging protocols and technologies
  • Experience utilizing and troubleshooting medical software
  • Knowledge of Learning Management (LMS) software or an eLearning content creator helpful
