What you do:
You will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Controls team at Allianz Life. You will play a crucial part in providing guidance and support to department owners and control consultants, ensuring business access management that protects our data and assets, all while maintaining the necessary access provisioning for main business functions. You will report to the COO Business Controls Director.
One of your primary responsibilities will be to monitor email inquiries and our IAM business role management tool (Sailpoint), allowing you to support the business stakeholders and manage all user identities and access rights. This will involve overseeing access for new hires, employees transitioning to different roles within the company, and managing access when employees leave the company. Additionally, as an important member of our team, you will monitor and complete several daily IAM tasks to ensure that all controls are met.
You will contribute to the implementation of our Allianz Life IAM Target Operating Model (TOM), working collaboratively with your colleagues to align our processes with company business procedures, global regulations, and local laws. By managing access to our business assets through the continued development of our local IAM tool, facilitating enterprise access reviews, and ensuring the verification of segregation of tasks, you will help maintain the security and efficiency of our operations.
What you bring:
· 3+ years of experience required:
· Operations, compliance and risk related experience across multiple disciplines and/or business lines.
· Experience in Information Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or related business control concepts.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships and with important partners .
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
· Four-year degree required: bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
