Role: Digital Content Writer

Location: Remote

Salary: $70-80K depending on experience

Addison Group’s Consulting Marketing Team is seeking a Digital Content Writer with a proven track record of creating engaging content for a range of audiences across print, digital, and social media channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Write and edit clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and more.
• Research industry-related topics and trends to create content that informs, educates, and engages our target audience.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop content ideas and strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Optimize content for SEO and incorporate best practices for digital content distribution and promotion.
• Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
• Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone of voice, and aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published articles and content pieces.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to grammar and style guidelines.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content creation and optimization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pivot voice and tone to effectively reach various audiences across multiple formats. Experience in Thought Leadership style blogs and content is preferred.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new content ideas and approaches.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; experience with Cloud Application Software, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, etc.
