The Role in Brief:
Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Lead Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Adult Learner Recruitment team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across brand, vertical, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective lead generation campaigns, driving conversions, and building strong client relationships through exceptional communication skills. In this role, you will lead strategy development, create briefs and reports, and work across various platforms to ensure that campaigns achieve business objectives.
This position is also listed as Lead Digital Marketing Strategist, Adult Learner Recruitment. While this opening is advertised as Digital Marketing Manager for posting purposes, the official and internal title of this hire is expected to be Lead Digital Marketing Strategist, Adult Learner Recruitment to align with EAB business norms.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $68,000 - $84,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
