Job Location: Bethlehem, PA - Onsite position -
will RELOCATE Job Salary: $130K to $160K base DOE plus 10% bonus

What You Will Be Doing - Reporting to the CIO with three direct reports and multiple indirect reports.
- Management of Microsoft Applications (including M365/O365) and vendor relationship. Responsible for all aspects of Microsoft systems, full suite of tools and functionality; including licenses negotiations and service levels. Innovative use of the tool to improve productivity across the company.
- Management of ServiceNow Application. Responsible of management of Helpdesk and request management. Promote use of the tool internally to improve employee satisfaction, use of BOTs and new functionality.
- Responsible for all Applications installed on workstations and to administer security. Manage a global Help Desk staff.
- Responsible for all purchase of workstation devices.
- Evaluates, acquires, implements, and maintains computer and communications hardware and software that supports the needs of the company.
- Provides consulting and support services relating to computing and communications to directors, managers, and other company personnel.
- Develops and reviews Corporate standards and guidelines for computers, communications equipment, networking services and computer software.
- Publishes standards and guidelines for the acquisition of computer and communications services.
What You Need For This Position - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years in a global role supporting an organization in a related position.
- Expert level experience in the full Microsoft suite of products, including M365/O365 all products, Intune, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software for a corporation. All workstations globally.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience managing a team which includes a global helpdesk.
