Job Description

Job Summary: White's Auto Mall is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a full-time Janitorial/Maintenance position at our location in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The Janitorial/Maintenance position is an individual contributor role within the Auto industry and the compensation for this position is $15 per hour, paid biweekly. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility including customer waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and service bay areas
• Empty trash, replace liners, and dispose of waste
• Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including windows, counters, and furniture
• Mop and vacuum floors on a regular basis
• Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces such as door handles and countertops
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
• Assist with maintaining grounds and outdoor areas
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a clean, organized, and functional facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
