Kelly Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Administrator/Assistant will support the attorneys by handling a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities: Legal Administrator/Assistant will manage essential administrative responsibilities, support document preparation for court proceedings, and maintain strict confidentiality. Perform daily administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, organizing legal documents, and coordinating communication between attorneys, clients, and courts. Assist in the preparation and filing of documents for court proceedings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client and case information. Provide general office support as needed to maintain an efficient work environment. 1-3 years of experience in a legal office or related setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Familiarity with legal document management and office software.
