In this comprehensive role, the Maternal Health Nurse Coordinator will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership acumen, as the role oversees the administrative and operational functions of the unit. This role includes oversight of the long-term planning, goals, and employees of the patient care unit. This Nurse Leader will oversee over a staff of full-time employees including Registered Nurses and Ancillary Staff. Many of the experienced Nurses are certified in RNC-MNN or RNC-OB.
