Due to growth, we are looking to expand our sales team and are looking for a motivated and results-driven REMOTE APPOINTMENT SETTER to join out team. We currently hold the contracts too over 44,000 different Unions & Veteran Service Organizations (VSO's) across the United States. We proudly serve both the members and their families via virtual appointments.

What we are looking for:  We are looking for an appointment setter to support a team of 8 agents. This person will help us reach out to potential and past clients from our pipeline, nurture the leads, and set up the appointments for the closers. The potential clients are WARM/ HOT leads. Which means they filled out the forms to be contacted. This is not a cold call position.

  • Competitive Compensation: You will be compensated based on YOUR efforts. This role is commission based with bonus's paid dependent on results. As you prove your ROI to the team you're bonus's and commission will grow accordingly and rapidly. We need you to grow! If you are a consistent hard worker, you should range between $28-$30 an hour plus at the minimum . Based off results our agents are getting right now as their own setter, you should have no problem surpassing that quickly.
  • Set Your Schedule: We ask that applicants are prepared and committed to spending 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. While we do have some hours we would ideally prefer you work, it can be moderately flexible. You are always welcome to work more to earn more. Also, if you need a day off.. just communicate with us. We are real people and have families as well. So if you want to take a family trip to Hawaii, send us a postcard when you get there.

  • Experience Matters: Proven experience in customer service, office management, virtual assisting, office administration, or similar roles is a must.
