Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will empower our clients to effectively use our platform, enabling them to develop AI-driven solutions tailored to their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional customer teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and AI leaders, to demonstrate the transformative potential of our platform.
Partnering with Sales Account Executives, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to promote our AI capabilities and customized solutions.
Educating diverse audiences on AI, Generative AI, and architectural concepts, including digital leaders, AI engineers, data architects, and operations teams.
Assisting sales teams in technical discovery with potential clients and architecting tailored solutions using our products.
Creating and delivering customized product demonstrations showcasing AI use cases.
Supporting solution accounts with technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), either on-site or remotely.
Responding to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs.
Staying informed about the latest advancements in AI, Agentics, and machine learning, and integrating insights into development projects.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
A proven track record as an AI Engineer, including a portfolio of successful machine learning or AI projects.
3-5 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customers and internal workshops.
Strong customer-facing skills, with 60% of your time dedicated to direct engagement with clients.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and experience with chat-based AI applications.
Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and techniques to enhance LLM performance.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic, with a good working knowledge of their APIs.
Familiarity with integration architecture patterns, middleware, APIs, and databases.
Knowledge of Python programming or a familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
