This role will develop, manage, lead and execute Kia’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) Program. This includes the development and management of both Kia’s CSR and DEI strategy, their creation and implementation, and leading Kia’s overall CSR and DEI partnerships, programs and corporate philanthropy. The role will assure alignment with Kia’s corporate philosophy and values and implement strategy and action items to improve Diversity, Equality and Inclusion competencies throughout the company.
1st Priority - 50%
CSR Strategy, Creation, and Implementation:
Establish the strategy for leading and executing the creation and implementation of Kia America’s (KUS) corporate social responsibility objectives, including program management, partnership development and benchmarking activities. Continue to enhance KUS’s Corporate Social Responsibility program to ensure it is sustainable and aligns with KUS’s business goals while demonstrating value to its stakeholders, customers, Team Members, communities, and partners.
2nd Priority - 50%
DEI Strategy, Creation, and Implementation:
Develop, execute and evaluate guiding principles for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion that are aligned with Kia Motors’ Corporate Philosophy and Values and position KMA among the leaders in this field.
Advise and represent the Company externally on all Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion-related matters, including but not limited to communications with (a) governmental entities and public organizations/agencies; (b) communities with national, regional and local reach; (c) private organizations/entities with special interests in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion matters. Drive organization in addressing these issues, make recommendations to policies, procedures, and organizational principles/business plans/etc.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
Basic knowledge in data warehousing/database technology and CRM software solutions
Proactive leadership style
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Pay Range
$108,209 - $156,133
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
