Location : Columbia, South Carolina
Position : Full-time

Duties :

• Greet and assist patrons as they arrive at the valet parking area.
• Safely park vehicles in designated spaces, ensuring no delays or traffic disruptions.
• Provide claim checks to patrons, inspect vehicles for prior damage, and ensure proper handling and storage of vehicle keys.
• Retrieve vehicles for patrons within 15 minutes of their request.
• Operate vehicles of various types, including those adapted for handicapped use.
• Assist disabled patrons with unloading and loading of vehicles, including wheelchairs or other mobility aids if needed.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor and provide high-quality customer service at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols, including locking parked vehicles and securing keys in the key cabinets.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled cautiously to prevent accidents or damage.

Requirements :

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles of all types, including handicapped-adapted vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact courteously and professionally with patients and visitors.
• Physically capable of performing duties, including standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
