On December 13, Pushpa 2: The Rule star Allu Arjun was arrested by the Telangana police. The actor was arrested in connection to the Hyderabad stampede cause at the Sandhya Theatre. On December 4, Arjun visited the theatre for the premiere of his movie, which led to the stampede and the death of a 35-year-old woman. An FIR was registered against him, and he is the fourth person to be arrested in the case.
Allu Arjun’s arrest videos
Several videos of Allu Arjun getting arrested have gone viral on social media. In one of the videos, the Pushpa 2 star is kissing his wife Sneha Reddy goodbye. The actor was wearing his movie’s t-shirt, and his brothers Allu Sirish and Allu Aravind were also present at that time. The cops waited for the actor to finish his coffee before arresting him.
Allu Arjun told his family to not worry about his arrest. But producer Bunny Vas tried to sort things out. In the video, Allu Arjun told the cops that they can leave as he’s done with his coffee. The police told the actor that they honoured everything he asked for. To this, Arjun responded, “Sir, you haven’t honoured anything. I told you I wanted to change my clothes and send one person up with me. You’re not wrong to take me in, but it’s too much to come up to my bedroom. That’s not good.”
Allu Aravind tries to get in the ride in which his son was taken by the cops. However, the cops didn’t let him in. The Pushpa 2 star told his father, “Only I should get whatever credit comes out of this, be it good or bad.” Another video that has gone viral is of the actor’s father-in-law, Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy.
In the video shared by ANI, Mr. Reddy is requesting the cops to let him in. He said, “It’s not like we would do anything. So, please ask them to let us in.”

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old woman was present for the screening with her two sons and husband. Her 9-year-old son was admitted to the hospital due to asphyxiation.
