When Samar passed away his wife, Dimpy was pregnant and everyone lived with the hope that Samar will return through his son. Vanraj was controlling Dimpy in the Shah house. He did not let her leave the Shah house so that she does not fall in love and marry someone else. He also kept Samar’s son, Ansh in his control and did not let Dimpy get close to her son.

However, in recent episodes, we saw the Shahs reaching America and Anupamaa meets Samar’s son Ansh for the first time. The scene once again made fans emotional. Anupamaa hugged Ansh tightly as if her Samar had returned. She also called him ‘Bakuda’ the way she used to call Samar.
Ansh cutely kissed Anupamaa and it reminded her of Samar. The scene reminded everyone of Samar and Anupamaa’s strong bond. Fans are in love with the scene and have called it Anupamaa and Samar’s reunion.
