One cannot imagine the TV show Anupamaa without Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna. They have been phenomenal as Anuj and Anupamaa. The show began with just Anupamaa in the lead who had to face a lot because of her husband, Vanraj and his mother. Later, we saw Anuj entering the show who loved Anupamaa ever since their college days but never told her that because she was married to Vanraj. As soon as Anuj entered, the story got all the love. Anuj and Anupamaa’s separation
They are in London and Anuj is engaged to Shruti. Choti Anu aka Aadhya hates Anupamaa and hence wants Anuj to get married to Shruti soon. Shruti was earlier ready to leave Anuj alone after she came to know of his love for Anupamaa but now wants him to be with her.
We recently saw Anuj promising Shruti that they will get married and he will move on. However, Anuj knows he can never move on in his life without Anupamaa. In the recent episodes, we saw Shruti and Anuj reaching Anupamaa’s birthday party organised by Yashdeep and Spice and Chutney restaurant where she works.
Shruti invites Anupamaa to her and Anuj’s marriage leaving her heartbroken. However, we also see in the latest episode that Anuj goes to Anupamaa and reveals that he is getting married to Shruti only for Aadhya’s happiness. They mutually decided to stay away and let others be happy.

Anupamaa asks Anuj to call her Anupamaa and not Anu. She also address Anuj as Anuj sir. The scene has left everyone shocked. Anuj is also seen giving a white rose to Anupamaa as a token of their last meeting. Rupali and Gaurav have aced the scene and people are in love with it.
