Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been the most talked about show. The show has been in the news for all wrong reasons. Last year in March, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal aka Mrs Roshan Sodhi left the show and accused producer Asit Kumarr Modi, operation head Sohil Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj of sexual harassment. She had filed an FIR against them for mental and sexual harassment. The case was going on for a year and recently Jennifer announced she has won the case against them. Asit Kumarr Modi has been ordered to pay her due amount and an additional compensation for withholding her payment. He has to pay around Rs 25-30 lakhs now.

He also has to pay extra Rs 5 lakhs for harassment. However, Jennifer is not quite happy with the punishment given. She said Asit Kumarr Modi was proven guilty in the sexual harassment case but was not given any punishment as such. She is also not happy with Sohil Ramani and Jatin Bajaj’s name not been taken in the case.
Simple Kaul reacts to Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal Vs Asit Kumarr Modi’s controversy
This news has gone viral and people have been talking about it. Now, Simple Kaul has now opened up about the controversy. She played the role of Gulabo in the show. She spoke to Times Now and was asked if she faced anything like what Jennifer mentioned.
Simple said she did not feel anything like that on the sets. She did the show long back and it was a happy set. Simple had a happy time and good memories of the show. She also said that she did not have that time only to talk to anyone.

She said everyone was very warm and respectful towards her and so her experience was happy. She was seen in the show for just two months and is not disappointed with it. She said that she had no friends on the sets.
