Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been ruling the industry with his blockbuster films and charming aura. The handsome actor has been entertaining fans with his movies for years now. Vijayendra Prasad and is produced by Salman Khan, Rockline Venkatesh, and Kabir Khan. The storyline and plot of the film managed to win the hearts of the audience.
Well, it is a true story of Pawan, a devotee of Lord Hanuman who finds a lost girl in Haryana who was speech-impaired. He soon got to know that she hails from Pakistan and decided to reunite her with her family at great personal cost. This film marked one of the best films of Salman and critics as well as audiences praised him for his exceptional performance.
The makers of Bajrangi Bhaijaan offered to other actors before Salman bagged the lead role in the film. According to media reports, when Kabir Khan approached Aamir Khan for the film, the actor had certain changes in mind, The filmmaker did not agree with it and hence he rejected the film. The role was also reportedly offered to Allu Arjun, who rejected the film due to prior commitments.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan also stars Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in important roles. The film was made on a budget of Rs 90 crore and earned Rs 320.34 crore at the domestic box office and Rs 922 crore worldwide. Bajrangi Bhaijaan also became the India’s highest-grossing films ever.
Salman’s hit film Tiger Zinda Hai collected Rs 588 crore worldwide and was made in a budget of Rs 210 crore, while Sultan collected Rs 607 crore worldwide against a budget of Rs 80 crore. On the work front, Salman will entertain his fans with his performance in Sikandar which will be helmed by AR Murugadoss. The film will also star Pushpa 2: The Rule star Rashmika Mandanna. Sikandar is currently under production and the teaser of the film was supposed to be released today on Salman’s 59th birthday but got postponed to Saturday (December 27) after Manmohan Singh’s demise. Sikandar will be released in theatres on Eid 2025.
