Madgaon Express centres around three friends, Dodo (played by Divyendu), Pratik (played by Pratik Gandhi) and Aayush (played by Tiwary. Dodo takes them on a Goa trip they planned during their college days. The problem arises when Dodo does not consider comfort and plans the trip as in the 90s. After they reach Goa, their problems do not end as they accidentally get their hands on a bed full of cocaine.
